When I am not cooking up defenses against cyber-pathogens I am grilling meats and boxing beats as the only pathologist-chef-beatboxer in New England.

 

I specialize in specialties. I cook for people that like food. I simplify simplicity.

 

My food is cooked from the heart and is heavily influenced on cuisine.
